今天很早就起身了。。大约5:22am那样，就起身了。。很早叻。。起得很心不甘，情不愿。。一起身就发脾气。。起床mood。。哈哈。。好久没这样了。。真不明白为什么要这么早起床？？受不了，好像要去打战似的。。
看了juniors的kawat，本来是很不错了。。可是真正比赛时，有一点小问题。。虽然不是很满意，可是尽力了就好咯。。输了也不可以放弃哦~~要加油咯。

今天的case还蛮多的。。有麻痹啦，受伤啦。。很多很多。。

在忙着给他treatment。。
不好意思哦。。面对着太阳，开不到眼睛。。哈哈。。所以眼眯眯。。=p

hmm... nice pic la....especially the ambulans...hehe i see this time kawad our member got the semangat...so next yeyar sure will get be better want...cause tey improve lotz in just 2 weeks time...from know nothing become like that not bad u know..hehe...^^ that is what i Win in this sukan la..hehe...althought not top 3...^^ so sad no cke from yi lian...hehe..
